To arrange check-in, you must telephone the residence office (number provided in your booking confirmation) at least 1 hour before your arrival. If you do not do this, you may have to wait longer than expected to check in. Check-in after 21:00 is at an additional cost. To check in, go to the office at Ground Floor, 4 Greenland Place, NW1 0AP, where you will receive the keys and pay for the stay. You will be given directions to your apartment. A valid ID must be presented at check-in, and a security deposit will be required. Group bookings of 3 apartments, or more than 6 nights, are subject to pre-payment. 30% of the deposit is required once the booking confirmation is received, and the final amount must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Your reservation is absolutely secure. All personal data is encrypted and will be processed in a secure way. A7Travel takes the privacy of your personal data very seriously. Your personal information will only be used to process your booking. A7Travel will not charge you any reservation fees for making this booking, nor charge your credit card. You will simply pay for your stay at the hotel. Cancellation is free of charge provided you adhere to the notification period stated in the hotel cancellation policy (see "Hotel Policies").
